A Bilston enamel shaped snuff box c.1780, decorated with a blue linen ground panel enclosing flowers and white enamel scrolls within a raised scroll border, the sides painted with flowers and formal scroll borders, restored, 8.8cm across.

Condition Report

The base has been extensively sprayed to the inside and out. It is not clear what this disguises but there are still some cracks visible to the interior. There is some cracking to the cover, which also appears to have been sprayed, but less extensively.
