An unusual English enamel snuff box or bonbonniere c.1770-90, modelled as a portable trunk or casket, decorated with diagonal flower tendrils in puce on a green ground, the domed cover painted with a scroll handle, some good restoration, 5.8cm.

Condition Report

There is some good restoration to the inside and out of the domed cover. There is some faint cracking visible beneath this but no obvious signs of repainting. There is further spray beneath the base and a little good restoration to the upper edge of one short side of the base.
