The square body in deep black lacquer decorated with abstract patterns reminiscent of mountains in ochre, iron-red and olive-green, the rim with silver-coloured mounts, the inside with nashiji gold lacquer and the underside of the lid painted with a Dharma Chakra (Wheel of Dharma) in gilt, in a fitted tomobako wood box and cover stamped with the elephant-shaped seal for the Zohiko workshop, 5.5cm x 6.1cm x 6.1cm.(4)
