A Victorian silver-gilt scent bottle/vinaigrette,
by Sampson Mordan & Co, London 1878,
shaped rectangular form, cut glass body, engraved chased scroll foliate decoration to the silver gilt, hinged cover with a push-button clasp, the base with a vinaigrette, the hinged cover opens to reveal a pierced foliate scroll grille, height 8.9cm.
