A collection of five 18th century silver mote spoons,
comprising: a picture-back one, maker's mark of N.H, circa 1760, the reverse of the bowl with a crowned double eagle head, also with initials, a Channel Islands mote spoon, by P.B, crowned, Jersey circa 1750, a cast naturalistic one, unmarked, the leaf-shaped bowl with pierced decoration, an early-18th century one with plain pierced holes, maker's mark ?.L, and one other with a partially pierced bowl and with a crest, approx. total weight 1.5oz. (5)
