A Victorian novelty gilt metal combination pillar box,

pillar post box form, a stamp compartment to the hinged enamel top, the hinged top reveals a candlestick with a spring interior base, the front opens to reveal a swivelling candlestick and a card compartment, to the interior side of the door is a matchstick slot and striker, the base swings open to reveal an inkwell, height 17.3cm.
