rectangular form with scroll foliate borders and engine-turned decoration, the cover with a silver-gilt panel, inscribed to the underside of the cover 'Presented to Mr William Goodsman. By a number of his friends in the Parish of Redgiton, Moneydie & Methven, as a token of their respect for his great & persevering executions in promoting the triumph of liberal principles in Perthshire 16th April 1835', length 8.5cm, approx. weight 5oz.
