by John Main, assay master Archibald Ure, Edinburgh probably 1736,

bullet form, leaf capped scroll handle with insulators, one is wooden and one is horn, chased foliate decoration, flush-hinged cover with a ball finial, on a raised circular foot, later initial, length handle to spout 15.5cm, approx. weight 20.8oz.
