possibly by Thomas Hannam and Richard Mills, London 1764,

circular form, gadroon and shell border, the centre with an armorial, on three gnarl feet, diameter 31.2cm, approx. weight 32.5oz.

The arms and crest are that of Joseph Elgin Esq. of Kingston-upon-Hull.
