A George III Irish silver coffee pot,
by Thomas Williamson, Dublin 1736,
tapering circular from, wooden scroll handle, chased scroll, shell and lattice decoration, the hinged cover with similar decoration and with a knop finial, with an erased cartouche with foliate scroll mantling with birds, the reverse with a later crest, height 22cm, approx. weight 27.5oz.
Provenance: A Private Collection of Irish Silver.
The crest is that of Jameson.
