comprising: a set of five provincial dessert spoons, marked twice with maker's mark I.I in a heart-shaped punch, for Joseph Johns, Limerick, circa 1760, plus a set of five tablespoons, Daniel Popkins, Dublin 1758, plus three further dessert spoons, approx. weight 20oz. (qty)
Provenance: from the family collections of Captain George Lionel Jameson OBE (1880-1961), Colonel Jocelyn Elliott Armstrong (1903-2001), and their descendants.
The crest is that of Thomas Taylour 1st Earl of Bective.
