An early 18th century silver-mounted shagreen tobacco box,
maker's mark only, that of AG, with two pellets between and in a shaped punch, also with French import marks,
oblong form, the cover, sides and base with shagreen panels, the silver-mounted with engraved decoration, the cover applied with a silver bust of Charles I, brass lined, length 13.8cm.
