A George IV silver-mounted travelling toilet set,
possibly by Thomas Diller, London 1828, retailed by D. Edwards, Manufacturer to his Majesty, 21 King St. Bloomsbury, London,
the cover with engine-turned decoration, initialled, comprising: four scent bottles, four toilet jars, three toilet boxes, an inkwell, hobnail-cut glass bodies, plus various implements, some later, in a fitted rosewood case with brass banding, the interior with two pull-out trays, and the velvet lined interior of the cover with a mirror and stationary wallet, length 36cm, approx. weight 9.7oz.
