An 18th century French silver beaker,

by Martin Lumier, Orleans, 1758-1760,

maker's mark MI or possibly MB crowned, possibly for Michel-Pierre Bataille,

tapering circular form, engraved with initials, on a raised fluted circular foot, height 11.2cm, approx. weight 6.5oz.
