A late 19th century French silver-mounted claret jug,

with import marks for London 1899, importer's mark of Rosenberg, Loewe and Co.,

in the classical manner, vase form, the scroll handle with a swan motif, hinged cover, the front applied with a chariot scene, above fluted decoration, on a circular foot, glass body intact, but slightly loose in mounts, height 34.8cm.
