A 19th century Chinese Export silver rose water sprinkler,

by Khecheong, Canton circa 1870,

baluster form, foliate decoration, screw-off pieced cover, on a circular foot, engraved with the crest of a Victoria Cross recipient, height 28.3cm, approx. weight 9oz.

The crest is that of McDougall, probably for John Leishman McDougall.
