A George I silver sugar caster,

baluster form, chased foliate scroll decoration, engraved with a later crest within drape mantling, the pull-off cover apparently unmarked, and with pierced foliate scroll decoration, heavily repaired, and with a baluster finial, on a raised circular foot, height 21.5cm, approx. weight 11oz.
The crest is that of Earl of Ludlow for Peter (1st Earl): created 1760.
