the frame of cinquefoil form, central shell and scroll carrying handle, with a scroll cartouche engraved with an armorial, on four scroll and shell feet, with a large baluster caster and two smaller casters, with fluted flame finials, on circular bases, with two unmarked mounted cut glass cruet bottles, height 25cm, approx. weighable 47oz.

The arms are those of Napier and Ruck.
