An 18th century Dutch silver cream jug
An 18th century Dutch silver cream jug,
probably by Johannes Hartsman, Amsterdam 1765,
baluster form, chased foliate and fishnet decoration, scroll handle, on three shell-capped scroll feet, engraved with a crest and motto, height 14.2cm, approx. weight 7oz.
The crest is that for Norris of Guist and Wood Norton, Norfolk.
