Louis XIV, James II received by Louis XIV, French copper medal, 1689, by J. Mauger, bust right with flowing hair, rev., Gallia, in armour and helmet, receives James II and Queen Mary who holds infant Prince James, PERFUGIUM REGIBUS, 41.5mm (MI 652/8; Divo 225; Woolf 6:1). Choice extremely fine.
