A George III silver salver, London 1770, maker's mark of Robert Rew, circular form, gadroon border, the centre with an armorial, on three hoof feet, diameter 30.3cm, approx. weight 26oz. The arms are probably for the marriage of cousins of the family Martin, of Ham Court, Upton-upon-Severn, Worcestershire.
