A George III silver swing-handled basket,
London 1767, later over-stamped with maker's mark of W and P Cunningham (of Edinburgh),
oval wire-work form, applied with trailing grapevines and ears of corn, twisted rope-work handle, on a raised oval foot with a rope-work border, engraved with an armorial, length 35cm, approx. weight 29.8oz.

The armorial is that of Leith.
