probably by John Carter, London 1771,

circular form, shell and scroll borders, the centre engraved with armorials within foliate mantling, on three hoof feet, the underside engraved 'PAVY', diameters 30.5cm and 20.2cm, approx. weight 38.5oz. (2)

The armorials are that of Pavey, Pavie or Pavy.
