The fourth Wenlock Olympian Games, 1874, silver medal, awarded by The National Olympian Association for the Promotion of Physical Education, silver medal for the Half Mile, Britannia crowns a kneeling athlete, rev., legend within oak wreath, named on edge, "Fourth Festival. Wenlock. 1874. Half Mile. E. G. S. Corser", 38mm, straight suspender, ribbon with name, date and event named on ornate bar suspender. Extremely fine and a rare survivor of the precursor to the Olympic Games; and an undated bronze star for the "Glenalmond Half mile Open".
