A George III Irish silver swing-handled sugar basket, by Joseph Jackson, Dublin 1801, oval form, bright-cut engraved decoration, on a raised oval foot, gilded bowl, engraved with a crest and monogram, length 18cm, height 12cm, approx. weight 6oz. The crest and motto are those of Adson of Scotland and also Anderson of Scotland.
