A Celtic Gold Quarter Stater, Trinovantes and Catuvellauni, Cunobelin, c. 40 AD, linear type, wheat ear dividing CA MV, for the Camulodunum (Colchester) mint, rev prancing horse to right, CV[N] below, 1.3gms (Van Arsdell 1935-1; S 292).Very fine.
Cunobeline was the Cymbeline of Shakespeare.
