comprising, one by Makepeace and Carter, London 1777, plain tapering form, ring terminal, engraved with a monogram, plus one by Robert Makepeace, Newcastle, no date letter, plain tapering form, ring terminal, engraved with a crest, plus an old Sheffield plated meat skewer, probably by Tudor and Co, Sheffield circa 1765, approx. weighable 2oz. (3)

The crest is that of Adlington.
