A mid-18th century silver snuff box,
maker's mark only, that of John Wirgman, London circa 1760,
rectangular form, cushion sides, the hinged cover with foliate scroll decoration and with a central cartouche with initials, length 7.2cm, approx. weight 2.9oz.
