A large Victorian silver salver,
by The Harrison Brothers, Sheffield 1870,
circular form, the border pierced with slats and with a beaded outer border, the centre with engraved decoration and with a crest, on three claw and ball feet, diameter 42cm, approx. weight 52.5oz.
The crest and motto are those granted to Baron Watson of Tankerton on his 1880 appointment as Lord Advocate in Scotland.
