A rare George IV small Scottish nutmeg grater, oval with waisted sides, a hinged cover with a moulded border and a central crest above the initial 'L', the hinged grater with a scalloped border, utilising the central lug of the main hinge, maker's mark J.M, possibly for Jonathan Millidge, Edinburgh 1810-1820, (no date letter), 1.3in (3.3cm).
