A Queen Anne cup and cover, of plain campana form with two, harp-shaped handles a circular foot and a domed cover with a knop finial, by Edmund Holliday, London 1711, 10.25in (26cm) high overall, 50oz. Bearings: Engraved on one side with the coat of arms of Robert D'Arcy 8th Baron Conyers and 4th Earl of Holdernesse (1718-1778) and on the cover with his crest. Also inscribed on base and cover with "F & C" "I", "13" below a Baron's coronet.
