octagonal form, pierced intertwined coral or branch decoration, the hinged cover with a crest and monogram, scroll handle, on four pierced bracket feet, with a blue glass liner, plus a George III silver mustard pot, later over stamped with maker's mark of Frederick Elkington, London 1790, later embossed decoration, approx. total weight 9oz.
