by James Garrard, London 1897,
shaped circular form, beaded borders, on three claw and ball feet, the front engraved with the crest of the Mercer's Company, the reverse inscribed, 'Presented by The Mercer's Company in commemoration of the completion of the 60th year of the reign of H. M. Queen Victoria 1897', and numbered '64', diameter 30.8cm, approx. weight 30oz.
