vase form, scroll handle, reeded borders, the pull-off cover with a ball finial, the interior with a hinged cover and water compartment, on a circular foot, engraved with two crests, height 18.2cm, approx. weight 12.4oz.

Provenance: A Private Collection.
Purchased from Sotheby's, London, 28 April 1999, lot 271.

The crest is that of Harter.
