oval forms with part-fluted decoration, gadrooned shell and foliate borders, lion mask capped reeded ring handles with shell and foliate decoration, silver-gilt armorial finials, on four leaf capped scroll legs on acanthus leaf capped canted corner pad feet, numbered 3 and 5, the finials numbered 6 and 5, length 25cm, total approx. weight 83.9oz. (2)
The crest is that of Shakerley, and was probably made for Sir Charles Peter Shakerley, 1st Baronet (1792-1857)
