A Victorian novelty silver plumb-bob pencil,

marked S. Mordan and Co, no.927 and W.T for Walter Thornhill, and design registration lozenge for 12 September 1873,

with a ring attachment, reeded decoration, engraved with a monogram, length extended 18cm.
