A Victorian novelty silver plumb-bob pencil,

by S. Mordan and Co, marked no. 579, and W.T for Walter Thornhill and a design registration lozenge for 12 September 1873,

with a ring attachment, reeded decoration, also inscribed 'M.S, January 1876', length extended 8cm.
