A George II silver caster,
by Samuel Wood, London 1751,
circular bellied form, the pull-off cover with an acorn finial, engraved with a crest and motto, height 16.5cm, approx. weight 5.5oz.
The crest is that of Alderman Thomas McKenny of Dublin.
