shaped rectangular form, hinged cover, the base scratch initialled 'A.H', plus an early 19th century silver lancet case, apparently unmarked, tapering oblong form, engine-turned decoration, the cover inscribed 'Dr. Richardson', the interior with three tortoiseshell lancets and an ivory lancet. (2)
