A collection of four old Sheffield plated toast racks,

comprising: one by Matthew Boulton, of rounded rectangular form, one with gadroon borders and a central egg cup, on four bracket feet, one with a pierced gallery and one with a raised wirework body. (4)

Provenance: the Boulton toast rack was purchased from S.J.Shrubsole, Museum Street, London 25 October 1974.
