An .800 standard silver ewer

An .800 standard silver ewer, with cancelled marks and London Assay Office marks for 2011, shaped rectangular baluster form, part fluted decoration, scroll handle, hinged cover with a ball finial, on a raised shaped square foot with bright-cut decoration, engraved with an armorial, height 32cm, approx. weight 24oz. The shield and crest is that of Boyd of Co. Durham.
