A Commonwealth West country silver Apostle spoon, St. Paul,
no maker's mark, Exeter circa 1657,
fig-shaped bowl, slightly tapering faceted stem, gilded apostle finial, the nimbus with a dove, the reverse of the bowl with prick-dot initials 'S.F' over 'B.S', '1657', length 19.5cm, approx. weight 1.4oz.
