A 17th century Dutch silver-gilt spoon

A 17th century Dutch silver-gilt spoon,

maker's mark mis-struck, possibly H.L, Gronigen 1659/60,

the reverse of the bowl with scratch initials, 'R.F', and later initialled and dated '1866', the lower stem with chased decoration and with a mask motif, figural terminal, length 17.5cm, approx. weight 1.2oz.
