An early 17th century silver-gilt chalice,
unmarked, possibly Continental, circa 1630,
plain tapering circular bowl, on a knopped baluster stem with three angel heads, on a raised shaped hexafoil base engraved with a crucifix and with an engraved border with fleurs de lis decoration, with engraved decoration, on a hexafoil foot, height 15cm, approx. weight 6.2oz.
