oblong form, engine-turned decoration, the hinged cover with a foliate thumb-piece and with a crest within a strap cartouche, plain tapering circular form, 9.3cm, approx. weight 2.9oz.
The crest is that of Alcock, Hancock, Mallet, Perrin, Rigg and many other families.
