A set of four George III silver butter shells, by Charles Aldridge, London 1795, conventional form, reeded border, on three shell feet, engraved with a crest, length 14.6cm, approx. weight 14oz. (4) The crest is that of Wakeman, Baronets of Worcestershire, also engraved with the crest of Parry. Sold on behalf of the Executors of The Hon. Mary Anna Marten Dec'd, of Critchel House, Dorset.
