A George III silver warming dish stand and a two-handled chafing dish, the stand by Abraham Peterson and Peter Podio, London 1784, the dish with maker's mark worn, London 1767, circular wirework frame, with an oval burner, the dish of circular form, plain side handles, ivory finial a.f, engraved with a crest and motto, gadroon border, approx. total weight 48oz. (2) The motto is recorded for Smith.
