An early 17th century silver bodkin,
mark worn, circa 1620,
tapering form, with a 'cup' spatula terminal, with a slot and circular eye, engraved decoration, scratch initialled 'F.B', length 10.3cm, approx. weight 0.1oz.
Purchased from Phillips, London 20 October 1978.
