probably by Henry Wilkinson and Co., Sheffield 1854, also with a registration lozenge,

shaped circular form, chased foliate scroll decoration on a matted background, foliate scroll side handles, on four pierced bracket feet, set with a stone liner, length handle to handle 26.3cm, approx. weight 19.6oz.
