by John Wakelin & Robert Garrard, London 1795, the central section with addition marks for Robert Hennell, London 1836,
oval form, with a central tapering basket with ram's head drop ring handles, and pierced and swag decoration, pierced scroll border, on a raised foliate section, on a raised pierced oval base, engraved with an armorial, on four foliate bracket feet, length 39cm, approx. weight 91.3oz.
That arms are that of Murphy (variant) impaling Whittaker.
